We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at National Fuel Gas in Buffalo, NY.

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects in a Waterfall, Agile (Scrum and Kanban), and hybrid environment. This includes presenting project status, budget, issues, and risks to senior leadership personnel, working collaboratively with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and deliver successful projects, and providing project management coaching and mentoring to other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Present project status and risks to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful projects
  • Provide project management coaching and mentoring
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience as a project manager
  • Understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills
  • JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office suite of applications knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years project management experience using Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)
  • JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office suite of applications knowledge preferred
