**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Safety and Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team at Logistics Administrative Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safety leadership, transportation, logistics, or warehousing.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the fleet's overall safety and regulatory compliance by monitoring all safety programs, including FMCSA/DOT guidelines and regulations. You will also develop programs, implement corrective action plans, and manage driver qualification files and records.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently. A CDL license is preferred, but not required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement safety programs, including driver training, drug and alcohol testing, and ELD/HOS management.
  • Manage driver qualification files and records, including CDL, physical, MVR, PSP, and Hazmat certifications.
  • Ensure carrier compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

**Salary:** $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
