Lead Speech Therapist

Soliant Therapy Group is a leading provider of speech therapy services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to students in Cascade-Fairwood, Washington.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Job DescriptionSpeech and Language Services:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Washington State SLP License.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview. Onsite work during the 2023-2024 school year is expected. We offer stipends available under certain circumstances.
