EvergreenHealth is a leading provider of home health services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients in the Pacific Northwest. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in our team, providing skilled care and therapy services to patients in their homes.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients requiring speech therapy services. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing skilled intermittent care to patients and instructing them and/or caregivers on promoting maximal functional status
- Evaluating and re-evaluating patient status regularly
- Developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans as needed
- Communicating with other disciplines involved in the case as warranted
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current SLP licensure to practice in Washington State
- Recent clinical experience in a medical/surgical unit, rehab, or home health setting
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40.20 - $64.31 per hour, as well as comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
