As an Optical Services Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional eye care services to our customers. You'll assist them in selecting the perfect eyewear, perform adjustments and repairs, and work closely with our licensed optometrists to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized eye care services to customers, helping them choose the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses.
  • Collaborate with licensed optometrists to ensure the highest level of customer care.
  • Participate in vision screenings, outreach programs, and charitable events supporting eye health and wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Active TN dispensing Optician license.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE certification.
  • At least 18 years of age.
