Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Engine Technician to join our team at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of service and repair for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: Flat rate pay structure - the more you work, the more you earn.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required.
  • Installation: Responsible for executing long block installations.
  • Repair Efficiency: Perform tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems.
  • Customer Communication: Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide estimates for further repairs.
  • Warranty Repairs: Carry out repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Incentive: A signing bonus of $1000.00 is available after 90 days of employment.
