Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our endovascular services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Manage care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the nursing division.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training, one (1) of which must have been in an ICU, CCU, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR / EVOR, Interventional Radiology, or Operating Room procedural environment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years recent experience in Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Endovascular surgical setting or Operating Room.
  • Critical-care certification (CCRN)
