Importance of This Position:

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, your role transcends routine administrative tasks; you will be the pivotal support that ensures seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include managing priorities, keeping the CEO organized, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Your Contribution:

  • CEO's Personal Assistant: You will keep the CEO focused and organized by managing her schedule, developing and prioritizing task lists, and following up on critical connections. Your organizational skills will be essential in driving the business forward.
  • Proactive Communication: Whether it involves presenting the CEO with essential contact lists or managing follow-ups, you will ensure that no opportunity is overlooked.
  • Marketing and Strategic Assistance: Leverage your marketing abilities to enhance and expand our brand visibility. Your tasks will include content creation and client engagement, ensuring we remain prominent in the market.
  • Team Development and Network Growth: By assisting the CEO in staying organized and focused, you will play a vital role in the expansion of our team and network, contributing significantly to our overall success.
Qualifications:

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable role, ideally within a real estate or dynamic business context.
  • Strong marketing capabilities, with demonstrated success in content creation, social media management, and client communications.
  • Proficiency in office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (experience with real estate software such as MLS or transaction management platforms is advantageous).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor and the capability to engage confidently with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee needs and take initiative independently.
