Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as experience filing in state superior courts and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing litigation support for attorneys, including preparing shell pleadings and other legal documents
  • Coordinating document production, revising, finalizing, filing, and serving pleadings
  • Calendaring hearings, court filing deadlines, and other litigation deadlines
  • Communicating directly with clients, outside counsel, and court staff via telephone and email
  • Preparing hearing notebooks and trial exhibits
  • Distributing internal and external mail, scheduling meetings, scanning, copying, printing, and organizing documents
