Rollback Operator

We are seeking a skilled Rollback Operator to join our team at Coyle Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with office staff and customers to coordinate assignments and appointments
• Operate a rollback tow truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with remote management
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Meet the requirements for a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record

Requirements:

• Previous experience in rollback or flatbed operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
