We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Professional to join our team at Complete Staffing Inc. in Jasper, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to exam rooms and take vital signs, including weight, height, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Operate equipment such as the telephone system, computer copier, fax machine, and sterilization equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist physicians and nurses as needed.
- Exemplify the core values and mission of the organization, exercising discretion, diplomacy, and tact in patient/staff interactions.
- Understand the importance of HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with alternating openings at 7:30 a.m. and closing at 5:30 p.m. Two Saturday mornings per month, 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
