Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiving Specialist to join our team at Elderwood at Burlington. As a key member of our care team, you will provide top-notch patient care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,392, based on a 36-hour workweek and a pay rate of $831 per week.
In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Supporting residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and exercising
- Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
