Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots equipment, performs carpentry, and addresses plumbing issues.
- Installs new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Maintains parts inventory.
- Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment.
- Manages work orders meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Reports on repair work status, schedule, and budget.
- Liaises with third-party vendors and reviews their work.

Preferred:

- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification or CFC Certification.
- HVAC State Certified License (preferred).
- State-licensed Mechanical Contractor or Journeyman's license preferred (required in Oklahoma).
- Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification (preferred).
