Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for network infrastructure, including PC experience and network experience.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco command lines and VLANs.
  • Manage and maintain administrative systems, including System Administrator and SCCM.
  • Develop and manage project scopes of work, communicate with vendors, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and desk-side manners, including customer-facing communication and remote support.

Requirements

  • PC experience, including pxe boot, administrator, A+ certified, and MS Office.
  • Network experience, including CCNA, N+, and comfortable with Cisco command lines.
  • Administrative experience, including System Administrator, SCCM, and ARS (Active Directory).
  • Project management experience, including creating scopes of work and managing vendors.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
