Role Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Diverse Lynx, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with medical professionals to develop effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in California
* Certification in CPR/First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)
