Speech Therapist

About the Role: This position requires a California Speech Therapy license and Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards. The ideal candidate should have fine motor skills to manipulate equipment and manually mobilize patients. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively in all situations, interact appropriately with patients and employees under tense conditions, and maintain composure.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer speech therapy interventions and schedule treatments.
- Record treatment information and instruct students to assist in patient treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
