Job Summary

This role requires individuals with great interpersonal skills, able to work independently and self-motivated, with a focus on fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Building rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.">
  • Educating customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.">
  • Executing all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy, following provided instructions.">
  • Maintaining accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.">
  • Merchandising and execution of assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above average project execution compliance.">
  • Having detailed knowledge of company policies.">
  • Communicating with Territory Sales Lead on a daily basis regarding activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and reporting specific requests, needs, and sales opportunities.">
  • Knowledgeable use of handheld device functions.">
  • Maintaining company, client, and retailer confidentiality.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

">
  • ">
  • Be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.">
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, including nights, overnights, and weekends.">
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalency certification.">
  • Possess valid driver's license for potential travel to additional locations.">
  • Maintain automobile liability insurance.">
  • Have access to computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.">
  • Possess customer service or sales experience (preferred).">
">

Compensation and Benefits
