We're a leading provider of eye care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

The Role:

As a CS/OA, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, responsible for guiding patients through the first steps of their Visionworks experience. You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health, preliminary testing, optics, our products and services, and managed vision care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
• Introduce patients to the OD and provide them with important patient information
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
