Senior Quality Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineering Manager to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the quality team in the development and implementation of quality systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance
- Provide training and coaching to quality team members on quality systems and processes
- Lead investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technical field
- 7+ years of experience in quality and/or engineering with 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
- Advanced degree in engineering or technical field preferred
- Experience in regulated industries and quality systems such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
