Nurse Coordinator for Pre-Admission Testing

At Northern Louisiana Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Pre-Admission Testing department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview pre-op patients to gather medical history and develop individualized care plans.
- Order and retrieve lab results, EKGs, X-rays, and H&Ps from patients' physicians as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current Louisiana Nursing License and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
