Advanced Practice Provider - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Days (Rotating Weekends)

Specialization: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury Medicine

Job Summary: Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join their dynamic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting
    • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
    • Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Requirements:
    • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant)
    • Current licensure and certification in a relevant state
    • Experience in musculoskeletal medicine and spine or sports medicine preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
