Hospice Care Nurse Specialist

Capital City Hospice – an Addus family company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice LPN Extender to join our team. With a passion for providing patient-centered care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our patients and their families.

A Day in the Life
As a Hospice LPN Extender, your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with two holidays per year where you may be required to work on call. Requirements
To succeed as a Hospice LPN Extender, you will need:
- Current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Ohio
- Prior home health or hospice experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year medical/surgical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
