Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain a strong online presence
  • Develop and execute a strategy to build out our studio identity across our social accounts
  • Engage and grow our player base across our community channels
  • Represent the player's voice in internal discussions with project stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Social team to ensure alignment and collaboration on schedules and content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community sentiment across social and community channels
  • Provide actionable insights to guide marketing and development efforts
  • Develop and execute a strategy to build out our studio identity across our social accounts
  • Engage in real-world conversations and trends on social platforms
  • Own the planning, preparation, execution, and analysis of community events and activations
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of community management and social media marketing experience
  • Impeccable writing and copywriting skills
  • Ability to create visually compelling digital assets for social media
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience with building content calendars
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and self-management skills
  • A game-for-anything attitude and a can-do mindset
