  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Familiarity with handling cleaning agents and chemicals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Skills in problem-solving, task planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food safety, employee safety, and quality standards in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Report any food safety concerns to authorized personnel.
  • Ensure all manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized per company protocols.
  • Thoroughly clean production lines, adhering to established timeframes.
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment as necessary for effective cleaning and sanitation.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, carpets, conference rooms, restrooms, and individual offices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
