Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of our sales floor team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and performing various duties to support the success of our store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring that our store is always stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly displayed and priced.
  • E-commerce Fulfillment: Pick and pack items for online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our e-commerce operations.
  • Merchandising and Receiving: Receive and merchandise products, ensuring that they are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
  • Store Standards: Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and process inventory.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail or e-commerce experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

Gopuff offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a starting hourly rate of $16.00 in Elk Grove, CA. Compensation may vary depending on location and experience.
