Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and tidy. If you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time position with regular hours, Monday through Friday, and occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs. We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check and provide proof of insurance
