We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeper to join our team in the Towson/Bel Air area. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,500 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonus pay based on daily performance.

In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn an average of $600-$750 per week, plus tips, making your total weekly earnings around $2,400-$3,100.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper with Molly Maid, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing private residences and commercial properties
  • Performing light maintenance tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality control
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication

You will work Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. Our transportation and uniforms are provided, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No smoking policy (non-smokers only)
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and pulling
