Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to facilitate and promote continuous quality improvements in the delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate will maintain active interfaces between internal and external customers, maintain a data system of customer issues, and protect patient rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain active interfaces between internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
