Private Client Associate I

Job Summary
Citizens Private Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to high-net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.
- Provide portfolio management support, financial planning assistance, and account administration to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the on-boarding process for new client relationships, new account applications, and meeting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Assist clients with requests related to all aspects of their relationship with Citizens, including account administration, transaction support, research requests, and more.
- Work collaboratively with our team of advisors and specialized members to resolve daily client needs and provide top-tier service.
- Provide resources to advisors for the sales process and other administrative client and prospect needs, as requested.
Requirements
- Experience working with high-net worth individuals and/or relationship managers is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy and able to work on multiple systems simultaneously.
- 2+ years' experience in financial services performing investment/client support in a Private Wealth or Private Bank division of a bank is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Work Environment
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
