**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer responsible for the development of RF power amplifiers for wireless front-end module products. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, supportive environment, implementing PA designs in GaAs or SiGe HBT technologies and co-packaging with other ICs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop RF power amplifiers for wireless front-end module products
  • Implement PA designs in GaAs or SiGe HBT technologies
  • Co-package designs with other ICs
  • Collaborate with a small team of design engineers to ensure product specifications are met
  • Conduct linear and nonlinear simulations covering a range of power levels and operating classes
  • Use EM tools to design and optimize PA performance
  • Supervise IC layouts on the path to design review/tape-out

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of product development flow in high-volume semiconductor products and be considerate of design details while understanding the importance of time to market.
