We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Florida Construction Connection, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate the management of the architectural design process, ensuring alignment with constructability and project goals.
  • Lead by example, guiding team members to complete deadlines on time and on budget while maintaining design excellence.
  • Develop and revise fee estimates and project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the General Contractor during construction, responding to RFIs, issuing ASIs, and processing shop drawings.
  • Assist in creating and revising project documentation, including architectural plans and specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred) and a minimum of five years' experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong experience with architectural project management concepts and workflows, preferably in commercial, hospitality, country club, restaurant, and multi-story residential projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and revise fee estimates and project schedules.
  • Knowledge of typical Structural and MEP Systems, Building Codes, and the Permitting process.
