Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - MN. As a full-time or part-time Outpatient Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems, including collection of co-payments.
