  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice, maintaining awareness of new methodologies, practices, codes, and products.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial design, with a strong preference for aviation experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and technical excellence, with a thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together.
  • Constructability: Acumen for how things are built and constructability, with an understanding of building and accessibility codes.
  • Consultant Coordination: Experience coordinating with various consultants and contractors, with an interest in sustainable design.
  • Professional Registration: Professional registration, with effective organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment, with demonstrated experience coordinating and leading project teams.
  • Design Communication: Ability to translate design concepts and information into images, with confident presentation ability.
