  • Prepare and submit applications to local, state, and federal authorities.
  • Monitor the progress of permit applications to ensure timely approvals.
Compliance Oversight:
  • Stay updated on building codes, zoning laws, and relevant construction regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and approvals with regulatory authorities.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
