Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dishroom environment, including the proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service, including during peak periods.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sanitation, safety, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to work well with others.
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest and Manager satisfaction.
  • Must be able to pass food safety training.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
