Job Description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid Oregon State SLP License. The Speech Therapist will conduct evaluations and assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. The candidate will also collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. The position offers a competitive salary, guaranteed work hours, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401k. The Speech Therapist will work onsite during the 2024-2025 school year and will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students.

Job Requirements:

  • A valid Oregon State SLP License is required.
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
