Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and procedures under the direction of a physician or radiologist.
- Utilize advanced ultrasound technology to provide detailed images of internal body structures.
- Assist radiologists in interpreting ultrasound images and providing detailed reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices.
- Associate's degree or two-year certificate program in ultrasound technology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification within one year of hire.
- Two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in OB/GYN, small parts, venous, carotid, abdominal ultrasounds, and procedures requiring ultrasound guidance.
