Associates Asset Recovery is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
**Requirements:**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with DRN systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma.
