Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Production Preparation
    • Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to all company standards.
    • Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
  • Bakery Operations
    • Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
    • Assist the baker with accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking, placing cake pans into a hot oven, and monitoring the baking process.
  • Post-Production Tasks
    • Assist the baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
    • Adhere to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, as well as product rotation standards, and maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
  • Housekeeping and Safety
    • Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and assist the baker to ensure all baking supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift.

Requirements
