Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to work with our team in Elmhurst, New York. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media as needed
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Qualifications:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (CT) certification preferred
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
  • Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonal
