As a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will lead a large-scale transformation program for a prominent client in the Galleria area. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting a fast-paced RFP for a transformation program involving ERP, CRM, Procurement, and other Application platforms.

  • Manage engagement and coordination between selected bidder, software vendors, IT, and various stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Travel & Expense, HR & Payroll, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Monitor time, risk, scope, and satisfaction of customer and sponsors.
  • Establish and maintain dependencies, Gantt, and critical path at the macro level, and at a more granular level as needed.
  • Ensure sensitive and proprietary information is safeguarded throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables are provided on time by various stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget and alert on potential deviation.
  • Help manage scope to ensure any variance is identified early and addressed through proper change management.
  • Help organize change management.
  • Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, strong MS Project skills, and experience with SAP S4, Coupa, SalesForce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta, and AD.
  • Experience with RFP preparation, analysis of responses, and offer selection for application systems implementation or transformation is a plus.
  • Project management experience with all aspects of project management, including scope, quality, schedule, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management is required.
  • Analytical skills, documentation and writing skills, and programming or configuration skills are highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong MS Project skills.
