Position Overview
The Communications Strategy Specialist will be responsible for organizing and executing communication initiatives within the organization.

Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the deployment of key projects.

Engages with various stakeholders to identify communication needs and facilitates discussions to achieve consensus.

Crafts and disseminates clear messages through diverse channels, including but not limited to, internal platforms, newsletters, reports, presentations, press releases, and events.

Acts as a liaison between different branches and sections on significant communication projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for communication program requirements in support of senior management.
  • Support various initiatives for installations globally.
  • Standardize communication strategies across the organization.
  • Facilitate input from multiple disciplines and integrate best practices into project tools.
  • Communicate programmatic and technical requirements to senior management, organizations, and industry partners.
  • Assist in resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure effective program execution by maintaining clear information flow among stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of program presentations.
  • Provide insights on policy and implementation as needed.
  • Establish strategies for optimizing access to and communication of policies and procedures.
  • Assist in creating formal processes for project review and approval.
  • Coordinate efforts with technical teams as new projects arise.
  • Manage internal support systems as required.
  • Assist in training sessions and webinars.
  • Develop newsletters for the organization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of three years of experience in communications management or project management.

Experience with relevant software and systems.

Strong understanding of operations at higher organizational levels.

Ability to evaluate proposals and plans in relation to strategic objectives.

Analytical skills to translate program objectives into actionable plans.

Must possess an active favorable background check.


Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with relevant software systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience managing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
