Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead to join our Store Planning team. As a BIM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our store planning and design processes. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to provide technical leadership and support, and collaborate with external partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our BIM strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to our Store Planning team, ensuring effective use of BIM software and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize BIM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including software vendors and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our BIM processes and tools.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong focus on Revit and related software.
  • Proven track record of leading BIM-related projects and initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and technical innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on BIM software and tools, as well as industry trends and best practices.
