Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound imaging procedures and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform ultrasound imaging procedures on patients to provide accurate clinical history for interpreting Radiologists.
  2. Gather patient history data and complete worksheets with exam findings for Radiologists.
  3. Ensure the upkeep and housekeeping of exam rooms, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
  4. Assist with imaging center workflow by performing general duties as needed, such as burning discs with images.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  2. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  3. CPR certification and active ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification.
  4. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  5. 1-2 years of Ultrasound/Sonography experience preferred.
