Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Planning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Business Planning Practice, you will be responsible for leading planning and reporting project work streams and deliverables for clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend roadmaps and implementation plans for clients
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to align with technical solutions
  • Define new and refine existing business processes to optimize performance
  • Manage projects and team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Mentor team members in their career development and contribute to continuous improvement of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting, and/or Analysis experience or deep knowledge within the Planning cycle and best practices
  • 3 to 5 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Products
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (PBCS, EPBCS, EPRCS, FCCS, ARCS)
  • Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts/priorities of other team members
  • Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
