  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.
  • Responsibility and accountability for managing Transition Phase & Participating in KT sessions.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Monitor daily SCM operations, resolve issues and troubleshoot problems, implement updates and patches to maintain system compliance and security, provide end-user support and training, generate and analyze SCM reports for stakeholders, document and streamline SCM processes for efficiency improvements, assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, manage and update financial data and configurations, collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related needs, perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
