Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between TEKsystems and state agency representatives to ascertain their specific requirements.
  • Develop and deliver a technology test environment tailored to meet the needs of the agencies.
  • Utilize your extensive experience in contact center technologies to implement and support Genesys PureCloud.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner to gather essential requirements and provide solutions.

Work Environment: This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation to be available during standard business hours. There may be occasions requiring after-hours support for implementation and migration tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Genesys PureCloud implementation and migration.
  • Strong background in contact center engineering, including experience with Cisco and Avaya systems.
  • Ability to create functional test environments rapidly based on customer specifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact center engineering role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP-GC) certification is highly desirable.
