Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take vital signs and maintain accurate records
  • Help with admissions and discharges, as well as assist with feeding and hydration as needed
  • Change bed linens and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
