Job Overview

As a Front Desk Representative with OCI Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and professional appearance of our public areas and hotel office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and address inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Register and process guests upon arrival and departure
  • Use telephone courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area
  • Comply with hotel standard operating procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
  • TABC certification
