Front Desk/Guest Services Rep Job Description

At OCI Hospitality, we're seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk/Guest Services Rep to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure
  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Maintains clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office
  • Uses appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate
  • Complies with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
  • TABC certification
